Redmond's
philosophy To ensure that we can undertake your work, each part upon which we quote is analysed to ensure that we use the most effective machine for the job. To this end, we currently use some of the most sophisticated CNC technology as well as some of the best-maintained Multi-Spindle lathes available. At the same time we continue to search for machinery that will supply both our customers and ourselves with that critical competitive edge. This search has included the purchase of 5 multi-spindle CNC lathes, a CNC Centreless Grinder, a G200 CNC Lathe and an EDM Wire Cutting machine to improve quality and response times as well as supplying our customers with other alternatives to existing services. Should we not have the right machinery for a
particular part we are prepared to purchase what is needed to get
the job done and this can be demonstrated by our extensive capital
expenditure over the past 5 years. John Redmond
visits both Europe and Asia annually to ensure that he is kept
abreast of the latest developments in the industry. This constant
examination of changing technologies worldwide leads to constant
reviews of our current plans and vision. |
